FREE Shipping on Every Order!

• Shipping is FREE for all Cymb Siz orders.
• Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service.
• Currently we only ship to USA addresses. If you are outside the US and would like to purchase, contact us to see what we can work out for you.
• Jaspercussion products ship within 3 - 5 business days from receipt of your order.
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Returns / Refunds

• Returns or refunds for defects in workmanship are accepted up to 60 days after product delivery.
• Contact us first if you have issues or concerns. If a return for replacement or refunds is requested, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
